Adobe photoshop 2018 19.1.5 give an error while installing.
It give an error that ( The version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app installed on your system is not compatible with the installer.Download the latest version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and try again.(Error code: 188))
I have installed latest verision of Creative Cloud then also its gives an error.
Please give solutions to slove this problem.

I regret starting this conversation by stating that ADOBEdon't havea good costumer service. Since yesterday that, i've been incapable of using my PHOTOSHOP software and i have trying by all means, scramble this website, searching for a usefull phone number in order for to estabilish some sort of contact to resolve my issue. Being incapable of doing so, this is my only way of expressing how unsavouring this situation is, since i am paying for this service every month without giving ADOBE no reason for this negligence.
With that being said...
I tried to Install CREATIVE CLOUD in a second computer. Being successfull in that, i also downloaded PHOTOSHOP in this second computer. When i tried to open PHOTOSHOP in my main computer, suddenly, a trail version has open on the place of the authentic. That's when i was no longer capable of reverting this trail version into the authentic. Meanwhile, i noticed that if i tried to run PHOTOSHOP on my second computer, it worked as the authentic. From that point, i was trying al possibilities that i could think of, from uninstalling the CREATIVE CLOUD with all their software in my main and second computer, to installing on only one of them. But the results were all the same. I still can't run PHOTOSHOP in my main computer as an authentic version.

My photoshop has been misbehaving, I keep getting an error saying RAM is full. It's not. If I try edit an image, it crashes.
So I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but my Creative Cloud won't launch. I can't find any solutions to this on the Adobe Support sections.
Can someone please help me???? I'm paying for this service and can't *******' use it!

When you DISABLE that useless "utility," Outlook loads instantly.

Your "attitude" is clearly, Adobe doesn't care about collateral damage it causes, as long as it "protects it's I.P." EVEN FROM USERS WHO HAVE PAID A FORTUNE OVER THE YEARS TO ADOBE. Pathetic, now that you're owned by a Wall Street hedge fund.
Whenever I shut down my computer and turn it back on (anywhere from an hour to 24 hours later) I click photoshop to open and it says there was an error that occurred please reinstall photoshop. Is there anything I can do to fix this? It is very frustrating to wait an hour for it to reinstall every time since I use it on a daily bases. Thanks in advance!

As many other users, I regularly have problems with CC Desktop updates (errors 183 or 184). The usual recommendation from the experts or Adobe reps is to uninstall the application and re-install. They should think about this and consider what this means for the user :
Do you actually realize how much time this takes ? Just to get a mere application installer working correctly ! This doesn't make sense. Instead of asking us to repeat this time consuming process each time there's a problem, someone should decide to spend time fixing these problems which are not problems with our own systems and configurations but problems in this crappy code. The problem is not on the user's side. Of course, it's less expensive for Adobe to ask users to spend their time in constant uninstallations/re-installations than to dedicate resources to definitively fix (or rather re-design) this terrible code. Beware : this is annoying and irritating and as I stated recently in another thread, annoyance is the open door to repudiation.
Not sure but it has happened twice, now.
When I go to uninstall via Windows "Programs and Features", it says already uninstalled. Gonna try a password change to see if that works...

I purchased the Creative Cloud Subscription and have managed to download:
1) NON TRIIAL VERSION on the one mac
2) TRIAL VERSION on the other mac.
I ASSUME that the TRIAL VERSION will be activated, NOT ONLY FOR A MONTH, but as a FULL version once
activated WITHIN my ADOBE ACCOUNT, that is when logging in with my ADOBE ACCOUNT,
TRIAL VERSION WILL BECOME A FULL VERSION. Regards. Deon

I have been having this issue with installing on an iMac or laptop. Both are fairly new.
I get failed to install because of P202. Which I believe is not enough space in my hard drive. I have at least 100 gig of free space on both devices.
I have tried the CC tool cleaner. Did not work.
I have tried installing in safe mode. DId not work.
is there a way to find the location the application is downloaded to? or change the download location of the creative cloud.
Hi, I was interested in downloading Adobe's Creative Cloud to just try out the free trial before I buy it, however, every single time I try downloading I am greeted with the error that "Adobe Creative Cloud needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged"
I have tried everything in the article here as well as running CC Cleaner, restarting, downloading from an Admin Account, disabling Windows Firewall, clearing any files, and every single time I try to download I get nothing. Any help at all would be appreciated because it feels like I've tried everything here.
I was using my software just fine until I try to install another app (Vray for Rhino), then part of the Adobe software seems to crash. Icons couldn't display properly.
When I tried to open any of them
when uninstalling system says an exe file can not be found
When I try to skip unstalling and directly install the app, it says another file is missing
Adobe Acrobat seems different but for similar reasons....
Creative cloud seems to be working, but its not responding when hitting install or unintall or update

mein Windows hat gestern nicht mehr gestartet. Ich habe gehört das man bei Premiere usw nur 2 Lizenzen hat zum installieren. Da ich gestern nicht mehr ins System kam und alles neu Installieren musste, wollte ich fragen, wie man die Lizenz zurücksetzten an ?
Oder muss man da gar nichts machen ?
