I installed Photoshop CC on my computer, without issues.
Then I proceed to try to install Illustrator and Dreamweaver, and when I try to do so, the dreadful Adobe Creative Cloud program shows me a message that it can't connect to Adobe servers.
Hosts file is clean, ran the AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool program, firewall is deactivated, I can access Adobe sites without issues on my browsers.
I have not found an answer to this issue. How to get LR CLASSIC to install. I get "Unable to create symbolic link" error every time. I've completely eliminated every trace of Adobe on my PC twice now and re-downloaded and but it doesn't work. I've tried "Retry" about a dozen times. I can't get any help from Adobe at all, and I believe they actually have nobody working for them. Any attempt to actually get a person either on chat or the phone is useless. It is the worst time I can ever remember trying to get help from a company. If someone can help me, please do! Thank you
Am I able to download my paid Creative Cloud to my Chromebook? I've seen this question asked back in 2015 but I'm not sure if any updates have been made. Thanks.

I've been trying to install the entire CC18 suite on my lab computers but it starts the installation and suddenly removes everything that installed and a message comes up that the install failed but there was no reason why.
I ran the creative cloud cleaner tool and had it removed everything adobe on the machine including CC15. When I tried to install again the same thing happened.
I was able to re-install the CC15 suite with no issue whatsoever. I downloaded a newly created CC19 package and it fails the same as CC18. What is going on that CC15 installs perfectly but I can't install anything newer.
I even tried to install the new versions one program at a time but they fail the same way.
Please help! I'm running out of summer before the students get back.

i pay monthly and yet y'all hack into my computer to fix the issue but y'all keep having the 30 activated on my account when i pay monthly and i HATE having to deal with this every time.
I have to manually delete Creative Cloud and I need to know all the folders and files I need to delete.
I installed CC and then Photoshop on trial. Then I restored my system to an earlier point (Windows 7) and that affected both CC and Photoshop. They don't work but I cannot unistall them. I tryed using AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and Creative Cloud Uninstaller to no avail. With the cleaner tool I got an error: could not find MSVCP140.dll. I tryed to delete folders and files manually and reinstall CC. It installs until 100 % but doesn't open.

Maybe I didn't delete or rename all old files. I think the only solution is remove everything manually but maybe I'm missing something.
Folders renamed: Program Files (x86): Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud Experience, (appdata) user/Appdata/local/Adobe: AAMUpdater and OOBE
Manually delete entries in control panel.

I got a new laptop, downloaded creative cloud and my Lightroom CC Photoshop CC and XD CC, everything installed but I can't launch Photoshop. when I try to turn it on pops two messages 1st "Could not complete your request because the file could not be found" after OK 2d "Could not initialize Photoshop because the file could not be found". I tried a reinstall... tried to launch it through psd file... tried to beg.. nothing helped... Lightroom and XD work good, I signed out from an old computer... what can I do more? there is no error code... How it is possible that file won't work when everything launched trough creative cloud?

I just bought those programs (so i suppose they're the lastest versions) and i can't run the installations of the files on my computer which is win 10, i also tried to run as administrator but doesn't work.
I really don't know how to proceed.. i tried with other programs and everything runs except adobe ones.

I switched my plan to the Lightroom CC with 1TB plan. It says in the plan description that Lightroom Classic is part of the plan. However when I go to download it my only option is to download a 7-day trial. I'm installing on a new computer. I went to my previous computer and signed out of Adobe Creative Cloud also.

I was doing some computer organizing and accidentally deleted all of my adobe files, including installer, applications, etc. Unknowingly, I also emptied out my trash so when I went to check the trash bin, it was not there. I am trying to redownload any adobe apps/ creative cloud again but it still says that I already downloaded the applications and I just have to open them. How do I go about getting back all my adobe folders?
I am about to purchase a year's subscription to the Creative Cloud Suite for students (I am a film student). I noticed that the Creative Cloud Suite has a list of "featured" apps, but it does not include some of the apps that I am interested in, such as After Effects, Character Animator, and other Animation / story-building apps. Does the student cc plan give me access to ANY apps I want to use (even the ones not listed), or does it only include a limited selection of apps?
Any thoughts on the cost of purchasing the suite, vs individually purchasing the apps that I need?
Tried modifying registry to install programs on D: drive. Nevertheless, CC installed on C: as did Photoshop etc. Deleted installation of both then tried to install again. It still installs on C: but errors at the end with a "need to resolve the issue. [Click repair]" Repair just downloads CC installation again. I install again and the same thing happens over and over.

Every time i try to install Lightroom or any other product i get this error, I tried for Acrobat Reader too, but again this error pop up and abort installation, I have updated my PC and again updated to latest Creative Cloud
I was continually getting an error message about updating CC that forced CC to quit on my Mac Mini everytime CC launched. After trying to decipher what the fairly cryptic error code meant, I learned that it was due to CC being installed on a case-sensitive drive. Following further advice from the forums, I uninstalled CC and attempted to re-install it to a different location on a non-case sensitive drive, only to later discover that CC apparently must be installed on my boot drive (but the apps can be elsewhere).
So, does that mean that I now cannot re-install CC without having to completely re-install iOS just to get the boot drive to be non-case sensitive?
Is there any way around this issue so that I can leave my boot drive as case-sensitive for applications that require/prefer it to be case-sensitive?
Can I still update my applications (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom) without CC?
Or should I buy another Mac and set it up with a non-case sensitive boot drive just for using Photoshop/Lightroom and other CC apps?
