(Mac OS Mountain Lion)
I am a Creative Cloud subscriber. My application manager says that lightroom is up-to-date at version 4.3; however, lightroom reports itself as version 4.1 and notes the availability of the 4.3.
The Main Question: How do I (safely) upgrade to 4.3?
I tried to download and run the 4.3 update; however, immediately after the password dialog I get an alert box "The installation failed. An unknown installation error occcured. The Installer encountered an error that caused the installationto fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."

AAM doesn't seem to provide an uninstaller for Lightroom; so, I'm at a loss as to how to try uninstalling and reinstalling.
