Hi
I installed Flash Builder 4.7 successfully to my C: drive. I needed to change Creative Cloud directory so uninstalled Flash Builder and changed installation directory to another drive.
Other Creative Cloud apps install correctly. Flash Builder 4.7 downloads, extracts, installs but always fails with this message
"Installation completed though some optional components failed to install correctly."
More details
The program does not actually install correctly at all and does not show up at all in the installation folder.

I have tried this a few times, I have removed all previous Flash Builder installations and cleaned registry as best I can.
Out of options now so wondered if I could get some advice here
