Adobe Illustrator update fails every time.

I've been trying to update Illustrator CS6 for the last 2 weeks via Adobe Application Manager, but each time I try to update Illustrator it tells me the update failed. What's the bug here and how can I get the update? All the other apps seem to update just fine (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Muse, etc.). There seems to be something broken in Illustrator or in the Application Manager for it to so consistently fail to update.
