PhotoShop CC runs perfectly. But Perspective Warp was not listed under Edit. A video said to download the PS update. When I attempted to download the PS update, the progress bar moves half way across and then stops. I am running Mavricks 10.9.2 on a 27" iMac. The PhotoShop version is 13.1.2 x 64 Extended.
