I am a new paying customer of Creative Cloud and I use Windows 8.1. I always get an error message (A12E5) , when I try to install Creative Cloud application manager.
I have even chatted with a very kind person in Adobe help chat without any help. He tried to use Adobe CC Cleaner to get rid of everything. I still get the same error message when installing.
He also tried to rename the folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE.
I have already visited this page: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/a12e1-error-downloading-creat ive-cloud.html. And no help of course.
I have realized that many are having this kind of problems with error messages A12E1, A12E5 and A12E6.
However there seems not to be any explanation or help available.
I now cannot use the programs I paid for. I obviously must cancel my order.
