Can I update to Photoshop CS6 13.1.2 with a CS6 license?

Brief situation:

In our team we have two designers who currently both use PhotoShop CS6.

One designer has a license for CS6 Master bundle, the other has a Creative Cloud license.

Question:

Can I update both to PhotoShop 13.1.2? I do not want to end up in a situation where only one of them can use the latest app.

I understand that I cannot update to PhotoShop CC, but I expect that Adobe continues to support CS6 licensees with bug fixes to CS6 applications.
