When I open my Adobe Creative Cloud and select APPS I do get a download error.
In the past I did use AAM (Adobe Application Manager) this did work without issues.
I did:
- Restart the machine (Windows 8)
- Disable firewall / virusscanner
Do you have any suggestion? We start to try:
1. Download clean tool: optie: Creative Cloud, then Adobe CC Desktop (remove)
2. Remove : ~C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
3. Reinstall from: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773
