Creative Cloud download problems. Deleted old versions incorrectly and new won't download properly.

I had a trial version of the Adobe Creative suite that was already on this machine and it was preventing me from downloading the full version of Premiere Pro that I had just signed on for. I foolishly just deleted all of the old Adobe Programs instead of un-installing. Any ideas on how to get this up and running would be helpful.
