Hello, i tried to download photoshop, illustrator or in design. The site says "photoshop is downloading now" but nothing happens, nothing loading nothing downloading nothing responding. (In chrome last versiyon)

My operating system os x 10.9.2 (mid 2010 macbook pro)
I have already 5.5 purchased and working (updater works too) but i cant download any cc element
