Hi there,
Creative Cloud will not download new apps or show the apps that I currently have. Updates are not working either.
-There is no error code given (advice on how to obtain one?). It only states "Download Error: try to reload the apps or contact customer support. Reload does nothing
- I am on 2.4 GHz Intel core Duo Macbook Pro running v. 10.9.2 of OSX
