A month ago I purchased the Photoshop lightroom package for 9.99 a month. I downloaded creative cloud and both photoshop and lightroom programs to my computer. They worked fine.
Then I ended up with a virus (from a different source) that required me to revert my computer back to a previous know good copy of windows. This removed my installation.
Now when I try to install it again, The creative cloud and Lightroom will download, but Photoshop only shows as updated on my cloud and is no where to be found on my computer. The program isn't installed and I don't have an icon to open it. I also don't seem to have the option to re-download it to my computer.
I've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling, including using the adobe tool cleaner and nothing seems to help. I paid the 9.99 mainly for the use of photoshop so unless I can get it onto my computer to use, there's no point in continuing with the monthly service.
Can someone please help me?
