Unable to extract the downloaded files

I had no trouble with the latest updates to Photoshop CC and Bridge CC, but whenever I try to update Photoshop CS6 from within the Creative Cloud app, I receive the error message, 'Unable to extract the downloaded files.'   When I try to update from within Ps CS6 itself, I receive the following error message: 

Photoshop 13.1.2 for Creative Cloud

Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7

Any suggested solutions?
