I found the redemption number, got the serial numbers. When I loaded the DVD for Adobe photoshop.elements 12 and Adobe.premerie.elements 12 MACos, all that comes up is a file, lots of files. Where is the part that you load on to your computer.I bought this in 9/13. I am using windows 8.1 I am thinking not all came with box????Is that possible? I have to sleaves that would hold two DVD, but only one had this DVD in it the other was empty.
