I just spent hours on the phone with techs and they didn't help, plus we finally ended up getting cut off.
Can ANYONE help me?
I go onto Adobe.com. sign in, download creative cloud, install it, THEN when I go to download Photoshop, it begins the process but pops up creative cloud box wanting me to "sign in". Well I am already signed in! Then when I put in the signin info, it says I've been logged OFF! So... I can't download or install my apps!
This happened once before and they gave me some kind of work around. That puter crashed... it was brand new! Now I'm trying to set up the replacement and so far no help today. How long can a person stay on the phone with no progress?. They were going to try using Adobe connect but that's when we got DIDconnected. Not sure what caused that. I'm afraid to go that chat route again as techs seem to ignore what you say and make you go through all the hoops all over again.
When it happened last time, it seems someone gave me a different site url with a signin that got me to where I could download and somehow went from there. We didn't use Connect that time.... and nothing else seems to work. Aren't others having this problem? Since this is the second time for me, it seems a bit weird... different computer too.
