Can't reinstall CS6 apps which don't work

I've just bought 4 Creative Cloud seats for our team. I'm starting to regret this already.

On Friday I installed trial versions of the major apps we use - AE, Premiere, Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator. This took ages, so I left it going over lunch; when I got back the computer had frozen. Had to turn it off by holding the power button down and restart. I went ahead and bought 4x seats anyway, thinking there probably wouldn't be a problem. Now, on my machine at least, NONE of the apps I installed as trials work. Some of the entertainingly meaningless errors I get when trying to start them up are below...

Seems they didn't install properly: I don't have any trace of Photoshop CS6 or Illustrator CS6 anywhere on my machine at all, despite the installer saying they installed OK last week. Media Encoder and InDesign are the only two which do seem to work. My normal approach would be to uninstall and then reinstall these programs, but there's no option to in Programs and Features, and Adobe Application Manager doesn't give me an option to, either. So, I'm locked in a loop. Do I find the files in C:\Program Files and manually delete them? (Hello, Windows 3.1!)

This is enormously frustrating, obviously. Not least because every install ties up all my other CS5.5 apps for ages on this machine rendering it useless.

Machine is a Workstation Specialists custom-built laptop, 16GB RAM, Intel i7-2860QM, 4GB nVidia 5010m graphics card, Windows 7 x64.
