Installation of CC Apps failing

I initially encountered a problem when signing into the desktop CC App Manager—when I would sign in, it would immediately say "You've been signed out." Thankfully, after looking through these forums I was able to remedy that situation. However, now that I am able to sign back in, it does not recognize any of the programs I had originally downloaded. I was looking to merely update my current CC Apps, but now it is asking for me to install them again. When I try to install them the installation fails around 42%.

 

Any thoughts on how to remedy this situation?
