I have several issues accessing my cloud from my IMAC
1. click on FILE and its says :

2. Go to see my list of APPS and cannot find LR visible anywhere and its using an old version but saying its up to date and not showing it anywher on the list

Called last week started a ticket was promised a call back within 48 hours which i found unacceptable but 5 days later no call back
not a thrilled customer at the moment cause i am now is **** with a client for not having finished up what i was to have done by MONDAY morning
floundering aorund with work arounds.
