Updating Photoshop CC from Creative Cloud

When I try to update Photoshohp CC from the Creative Cloud app, I get the following:

Update Failed.

Unable to extract the downloaded file. Press RETRY to download again. (U44M1I20)

This occurs over and over - even though it says it's 50% done.
