I installed programs from Creative Cloud, and they worked. This weekend, I decided to finally upgrade my computer to Windows 8 Pro. I deactivated my Creative Cloud software, then installed Windows 8 in place. Since upgrading, I cannot do anything with my Creative Cloud. The programs would not open. I could not uninstall any programs because they would not open AND the programs no longer show up in the 'remove programs' in Windows. The Adobe Application Manager will not let me re-download anything; it says in error that the applications are installed and working. They are not. I have taken the drastic step of simply DELETING the program files from the hard drive, hoping that would trigger the Adobe Application Manager to re-download the programs. However, the AAM still thinks all the programs are properly installed and don't even need an update. How do I re-download my programs so I can use them?
