I downloaded the trial version with no problem. Before the trial was over, I purchased the full version of Cloud. I was told by a tech via chat to uninstall the trial version before installing the new apps. I have uninstalled the trial version and I was able to download the Adobe Application Manager, but now it will not install the apps. I have been trying to install Illustrator for 3 straight days. It will take like 4 hours to download 70% and then it will stop and say that the file is corrupt or that there's no network. I'm totally confused?? I had no problems with the trial version and now that I'm using the paid version it won't work.
Just wanted to try to see if I can work this out here before I cancel my subscription. Any help is appreciated.
