When the latest update to CC was released, the CC would open, suggest it needed to Update and simply crash back to desktop with no error code.
Hunting around, the solution appeared to be uninstall CC and re-install, not a big deal, so I did (using Programs and Features in Win 8 64bit), but this then threw a new error of the A12E1 variety.
So I followed the options to resolve that, close AAM, rename folders and so on (cant use the Adobe cleaner tool, because CC has already been uninstalled and the cleaner tool doesn't give an option to clean CC, just all the other CC apps I have installed) and nothing worked, same error every time.
This means i'm now in the position of having no way to update my paid for CC apps and a non-working piece of frankly expensive software.
Please can someone give me an option on how to fix this? (please don't simply point to http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/a12e1-error-downloading-creat ive-cloud.html as i've already tried all of those options as mentioned above)
