Redemption code not working

I bought a CC membership a few months ago. Then I created an Adobe ID (Account 1) and signed in. And CC is working fine in my system. I installed CC in another laptop also mine, and signed in. It let me, and I can use CC there too (with Account 1)

 

Then I received a complimentary code for CC. So, on a third system, I signed into my account (Account 1) and entered the redemption code there. It got entered. But I guess the complimentary code got 'tagged' to my Account 1.

 

But I read that one can install CC on two systems. So on this third system the complimentary code should have counted as a second membership. I guess it doesn't.

 

Then I read that for two memberships I need two accounts. So I created another account and tried redeeming the same code.

Now it says its already redeemed. So, I've effectively 'lost' the complimentary code, I think.

 

So, how can I now use my paid CC and my complimentary CC in more than two machines. Is that allowed? Can I deactivate the redemption in some way from Account 1 and add it to Account 2?

 

I tried online chat but I'm still in queue after a couple of hours.
