Adobe Illustrator CS6 "Content"

I received two links in my email to download Illustrator CS6. One reads "Adobe Illustrator CS6" and the other reads "Adobe Illustrator CS6 Content". It gives me the option to download both separately. What is the second one? Do I need it?
