I'm attempting to install Creative Cloud Desktop onto my Windows 7 system.
I've tried the steps that I have been able to find on the help forums and it has all come up failing
I've attempted running the cleaner
I've renamed the OOBE folders
I've uninstalled the Premiere 5.5 I initially loaded onto the computer
Every time all I get is the same "Creative Cloud desktop failed to install"
I don't know what else the problem could be. I have multiple hard drives? I don't see why that would be an issue but maybe it could factor in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
