I have purchased a indesign subscription through my creative cloud membership . I have asked a collegue to download indesign to her machine - but she is having issues - it seems because her private creative cloud membership. She created a membership 4 weeks ago to download a trial, which is now expirig and I need to pay for her subscription . She logs in as me - and follows teh steps to download - but when it comes to the adobe application manager - her name appears - indicating to us that she ends up in her old cloud trial . It also tells her that she has downloaded Indesign cc and only asks her to update .... we uninstalled indesign - there is no indesign on her machine anymore - and all indesign icons are white now .
what is the way around it - how can we disable her personal old creative cloud account on her MAC . When we go to the download or application centre - there is only an insatller there - she doesnt even seem to have creative cloud installded
