hi my name is malena and i just purchased the cloud for only 19.99 . for some od reason the file doesnt want to open and when i attemt to open the file a pop up window pops up staying to get a free trial for 29.99 im am comfused and i really need to do my work . i will aprecaite if anyone can help me
