Error a12e1

Hi,

I keep getting an error a12e1 on my 1 year old iMac. I checked the rights on the Adobe folder* in Library > Application Support and I tried renaming the folder OOBE*. I was unsuccesful.

Each time I click for an update on the cloud, It starts downloading and the fails on istall. The cloud icon then disappears until I reboot.

Please help me solve this problem?
